Service Scope
Safe Data Rescue provides diagnostic and data recovery services for MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and other storage-based devices. Our services are performed to the best of our ability using non-invasive, software- and hardware-level recovery methods.
We do not offer logic board-level soldering or forensic recovery.
No Data, No Fee Policy
We do not charge for the diagnostic or recovery attempt.
You are only required to pay if we successfully recover the data you need.
Payment must be made in full before any recovered files or devices are returned. If no recoverable data is found, you will not be charged.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We treat your data with the highest level of care and confidentiality:

We do not view, store, or share your personal files unless necessary for recovery.

All recovered data is securely deleted from our systems within 7 days of delivery.

Your device and files remain private and will not be accessed by third parties.
Customer Responsibility
By submitting your device, you confirm:

You are the legal owner or have authorized permission to request data recovery.

You have disabled Find My iPhone/Mac (if applicable).

Your device does not contain any illegal or restricted material.
Limitations of Liability

Safe Data Rescue is not responsible for data permanently lost due to prior damage or failed recovery attempts.

We are not liable for existing hardware issues, water damage, or corrupted drives.

You accept that recovery is not guaranteed and outcomes vary case by case.
Device Handling & Return

Devices will be returned after the recovery attempt is completed, whether successful or not.

Recovered data may be returned via external drive, cloud storage link (e.g. Google Drive), or other method agreed upon.

If the device is no longer needed, you may request free device recycling.
Shipping & Drop-Off

Customers are responsible for securely packaging devices when shipping.

Safe Data Rescue is not liable for damages caused during shipping by third-party carriers.

Local pickup and drop-off options are available for nearby clients.
Payment Terms

Payment is due upon successful recovery.

Accepted methods: Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or other approved services.

Refunds are not available once recovery is confirmed and files are delivered.
